zentroves was founded in Singapore in 2019 by people who believed
that how you travel deserves as much thought as where you go.
How zentroves began.
zentroves was started by three colleagues who had spent years working across Singapore's financial and hospitality sectors. Their shared experience โ watching clients navigate important occasions with poorly matched transport arrangements โ led them to ask a straightforward question: why is it so difficult to find a vehicle service that simply pays attention?
The company was registered in 2019, with a small fleet and a deliberately narrow service offering. Rather than compete on volume, zentroves focused on a few distinct situations where the quality of the journey genuinely matters: the early morning, the working week, and the occasion that calls for quiet respect.
Today, zentroves operates with a small, consistent team and a client base built almost entirely through referral. We have not expanded our service list. We have instead invested in understanding each client's preferences more clearly, and in maintaining the standard of every arrangement we make.

Attention before action
Every booking begins with listening. We want to understand what the occasion calls for before we confirm any arrangement. This is not a process step โ it is how we make decisions about which vehicle, which driver, and which approach suits the moment.
Restraint as a quality
We have resisted the tendency to add services, expand into new categories, or scale beyond what we can deliver well. A narrower offering, done with consistency, serves clients better than a broad one done unevenly. We intend to stay small enough to know each client's name.
Discretion as a standard
The people who use our services often do so during moments of significance โ a demanding work period, a family ceremony, an early morning when silence matters. We take discretion seriously, which means our drivers are briefed, our vehicles are prepared, and our communication is clear without being intrusive.
Considered over convenient
We do not offer same-day bookings or impulse arrangements. The time we ask for in advance is used to prepare properly. Clients who use zentroves tend to be those who plan with intention, and we try to match that approach in everything we do.

Raymond oversees client relations and the overall service model. He spent twelve years in hospitality management before turning his attention to transport.
Serene Lim
Operations Lead
Serene manages vehicle scheduling, driver briefings, and day-to-day coordination. Her background is in logistics and event management across Singapore and the region.
David Tan
Co-Founder, Fleet & Standards
David is responsible for vehicle selection, maintenance standards, and driver conduct. He holds certifications in automotive management and occupational safety.
Standards we maintain.
Insurance and documentation
All vehicles are covered by comprehensive commercial motor insurance in Singapore. Drivers hold valid vocational licences and are documented with the Land Transport Authority. We maintain current copies of all regulatory requirements and review them each year.
Vehicle preparation
Each vehicle is inspected before every assignment. We follow a written pre-departure checklist covering mechanical condition, interior cleanliness, fuel, and climate systems. Vehicles are serviced at intervals shorter than manufacturer recommendations to reduce unexpected issues during assignments.
Driver conduct standards
All drivers undergo a structured induction covering zentroves's conduct standards, communication expectations, and service-specific protocols. Drivers assigned to ceremony transport receive additional preparation for that context. We conduct periodic reviews and address any client feedback directly.
Client data and privacy
We collect only the information necessary to arrange a booking โ name, contact details, and service preferences. This data is held securely, not shared with third parties for marketing purposes, and retained only for the period required by Singapore law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Service confirmation process
Every booking is confirmed in writing before the service date. We send a summary of the arrangement including the vehicle, driver name, timing, and any specific instructions agreed upon. Clients are encouraged to review and raise any adjustments before the day.
